Scope of Services

Together with our customers we developed several laminar flow units. The boxes shown beneath are suspended from a crane runway, and can be moved flexibly via radio control from one work area to another. The boxes were designed and planned specifically for this working environment, taking the required working space and the given space in account. The measurements were between 4200x4200mm and 6000x7140mm, and the boxes were equipped with standard Filter Fan Units and electronically controllable curtains. At full capacity with FFUs, the Cleanroom under the LFU achieved ISO class 5.
